Twin Room + Workspace Every bedroom has tranquil views of the surrounding greenery and a 12-inch memory foam mattress. Have kids? We provide a Pack N Play with an extra mattress and sheets and a high chair.

Guests assume all risks and release the host and owner from liability for hot tub and fire pit use. 3. 🪵We do not provide fire wood for the fire pit but you can buy them at nearby Lowe's. 4. Sorry, no pets. 5. During snow season: roads may be slippery and icicles may form near the roof edge. Be cautious of your surroundings! We recommend a 4WD vehicle during snow season. 6. We do not offer refunds for weather-related changes. We are 10 min from Downtown Fayetteville which has cute restaurants, antique stores and an art gallery. 🛒 Grocery Stores: 1. Kroger (13 min) 2.
